Atty. Sulaiman Rusheed Al-Fraih is a law graduate from Cairo University, Egypt, in 1981.  He obtained his Masters Degree (LL.M.) in International Business Legal Studies from Exeter University, England.  He has a deep and sound knowledge of Shariah (Jurisprudential) Laws.  He has given several Shariah and legal consultations.  He has an excellent track record in drafting and reviewing civil and commercial contracts of all kinds in both Arabic and English.   He also defended clients in several celebrated cases involving complicated and vital legal issues.

The office was founded in 1984 with license No. 27/24.  Since then, it established a large local and regional practice focused on domestic and international corporate, commercial, banking and financial transactions including construction contract documentation, joint ventures, licensing and formation of companies with or without foreign participation, project financing, all matters pertaining to agencies and distribution, as well as franchising.

The office also represents different parties in litigation of various and diversified nature before Saudi Courts and Judicial Committees.  The litigations covers disputes relating to administrative matters involving government agencies, commercial cases between private sector litigants, banking, commercial papers, damages, compensation, agencies disputes, taxation, insurance, labour, banking etc.

Al-Fraih Law Office has an extensive practice as Patents and Trade Marks Attorneys in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all over the Gulf Region.  It offers services for registration of Patents, Trade Marks, the protection of Designs and all matters pertaining to intellectual Property Rights and their infringement thereof.

The office represents the clients in all legal procedures required for the founding and registering of all kinds of companies.  Besides obtainment of investment licenses whether they are for the Saudi, mixed companies, one hundred percent foreign company or individual according to the procedures of Saudi Arabian General Investment Authority (SAGIA).  The office also closely involved in the incorporation and registration of several prestigious companies and formulating internal by-laws thereof.

 لقد تأسس المكتب في عام 1404هـ ويحمل الترخيص رقم 27/24 وقد كون منذ ذلك الحين خبرة محلية وإقليمية ومركزاً جل إهتمامه في العمل المحلي والدولي المشترك فيما يتعلق بالأعمال التجارية والبنكية والصفقات المالية ، عقود المقاولات ، التوثيق ، المشاركة ، تراخيص وإنشاء الشركات مع أو بدون شريك أجنبي ، تمويل المشاريع وجميع أنواع الأمور المتعلقة بالوكالات والتوزيع التجارية وعقود الإمتياز .
